Return and Exchange Policy

We accept to replace any faulty or damaged product. Please contact us at info@elephantcuppa.com if you wish to return a faulty or damaged product.

 

Please return the damaged product with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product. In addition, please note the following: (i) Product is returned unused; and (ii) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased. Please note that we do not refund any shipping charges.
